The digital data is then processed according to the modem's current mode and protocol. Successfully received data can be stored for later access, passed on to a local computer, or retransmitted to other sites, extending the range of a radio network. The radio modem also encodes and packetizes data from a local computer or GPS receiver (or analog sense inputs). Encoded packets are then sent to the radio for transmission, with the modem enabling the radio's transmit mode.

You can download the latest drivers for the Navigator from this forum, or from Timewave. It is the same driver in both places. Go to the FILES section of this forum and search on
Navigator Driver 2.04.20 Package RevA1
This is a .zip file so you will have to download the .zip and save it in a folder on your computer and then unzip it. It has full instructions on how to install the package This driver is available for 32 and 64 bit computers.
